on a side note, we completely fell apart after Frazier picked up his 2nd foul - which was complete horseshit, he was literally frozen in place with his hands vertical

refs overall were pretty horrible, Kofi was being murdered out there, but we made a lot of stupid mistakes and O$U couldn't miss

#22 on O$U would chicken wing his way to the hoop every single drive

belo is useless, Hawkins has his moments, overall the starters only played well for about 10 minutes and that was covered up by Plummer's hot shooting

Melendez may have helped this evening with his size and length

fans were pretty good but not sure why they were booing EJ

other than that, why the hell do we lose at home so much

very frustrating

They were booing Liddell because he's from Belleville. If they boo every kid from Illinois on opposing Big 10 teams, they'd be booing all the time ever since the Krush was started. In some cases that could be a "psyche up" for those players.

I dunno. Melendez has been a nice spark off the bench. I think he and Hawkins should be 6/7 off the bench. Then the big backup of choice of the day, and then Curbelo on very very short lease.

BBV has been up and down, but he has his moments.

You give up a 50-21 run on your home court (from up 21-8 to down 58-42), thats a coaching issue.

You need good coaching to stop runs.

This was a loss that should have never happened. You shoot 12-25 on 3s, on your home court, and still lose. Inexcusable.

Underwood will go down as the 2nd worst coach in the history of the Illinois program, ahead of only John Groce which is a very low bar
