Compared to a playoff game, they matter very little. I’m not saying they have no value whatsoever, but no one remembers the Reliaquest Bowl from 5 years ago except people who were there, and the most hardcore fans.

Reliaquest Bowl, or the playoffs? Which would you rather be in? The decision is easy.
