If people with dysphoria have inherent mental issues, is it not a societal responsibility to help those issues get addressed? In this case, perhaps with gender affirming care? And with leadership that does not diminish those people, the result of which is the bullying that causes a high teen suicide rate amongst trans youth?

If you want to get a job in manufacturing, the military, the trades - that avenue already exists for people of most any socio-economic status or race. We want to continue building that base because that's half the country, but it's not like some African-American is being denied that Private First Class slot because of race or not enough money.

That 53% that doesn't go to college includes a lot of people who WOULD go to college except that the door is shut due to race or money. If someone with a privileged race and family money decides not to go to college, that is their choice. Everyone should have equal opportunity to pursue the choice they want.

I wonder - why did you even go to college? Clearly it was superfluous. Especially given that the end result was the financial suicide that resulted in your best bet being having to live in Sparks Nevada.
