Correct. If someone says a Supreme Court Justice will face "Consequences" - that should be taken very very seriously because Supreme Court Justices have a life term.

If someone says a Congressman will face consequences, that implies they might have difficulty in re-election.

Somehow Schumer's discussion regarding GOP congressmen, you've decided is "assassination", but Trump's repeated threats to GOP congressmen means "You will have a primary opponent"
