This is a dumbass idea. The waiter gets a tax cut but the dishwasher does not. Part of the argument being that the employer underpays the waiter because they get tipped. If tips are suddenly not taxed, it will be the perfect excuse for a tip fatigued public to just start tipping less. So then in the end the staff gets fucked, and the only winner is the employer.

Then 20 years from now when Dolores from the coffee shop lines up to get social security, her check is less because a huge part of her income wasn't taxed and doesn't count towards her social security benefit. Then everyone gets fucked because we gotta bail our Dolores.

Tips are no different than any other income. They should be taxed. If tipped workers are struggling, the answer isn't to tax them differently, the answer is to pay them more or lower the taxes on the lower brackets. Of course Custard thinks that having progressive tax brackets is just a way for the government to take more of our money so we can't do that.

Secure borders and deported criminals - not gonna happen. Without film of people crossing the border and someone in handcuffs, the whole premise of the GOP disappears. And without illegal immigrant labor, Trump's donors lose their cheap labor force. We will get four years of claims that they are trying to do something when in reality they want it exactly as is.

Government being less wasteful. Simple answer. Send Trump your address and tell him to stop wasting money on your roads. "Government waste" means "Money the government spends not on me". Don't have kids = schools are wasteful. Obese person who can barely walk = National Parks are wasteful.

Fewer foreign wars with less American involvement? American involvement is exactly the reason there are fewer wars. If there is no NATO - Putin would just roll through Eastern Europe unabated.

No men in women's sports. Way to tackle the big issues.

We've had occasional issues with illegals doing something bad in Sonoma County, almost always they work for Jordan or Foley, big Republican donors (by big I mean 8-9 figures)

The Squad had/has limited clout because they chose to acquiesce to Pelosi and the moderates rather than really exercise their power. And they are much more on the "bread and butter" issues than the moderates. It's Pelosi and her like who shower the masses with platitudes, political correctness, and empty promises while her and her corporate cronies fleece the populace.

Bullshit. It is documented that he brought in progressive staffers who did the hiring for the admin. Biden ran as a centrist and then brought in too many progressives and governed like a progressive. Was elected by Black people and then governed against their interests all while losing Hispanic votes along the way. Stop appeasing terrorist supporting university professors and spoiled college students by focusing on pronouns and student loan forgiveness and start focusing on real issues that impact ordinary Americans. While there are enough loser woke college graduates to win gerrymandered local elections, there are not enough of them to win national elections.
