I do not know if I posted it here, but there was an interview with Roy Texeira, some Dem pollster type guy who wrote a infamously wrong book on demographics and politics in the 90's, where he said he was surprised by his own numbers that the country has become fiscally liberal (voting for min wage increases, wanting spending on healthcare, etc.) while moving to the right culturally. I think they mean different things to different people. Sometimes people are voting for something, like Obama and the Change message in 2008.  This year Trump’s resounding win is mainly a result of a lot of people voting against the broader current state of Democrat Party branding, politics, and culture.

I’ve been saying for quite a while here that the woke wave was breaking. People have had enough of the BS, and they came out in force during this election.
