One is talking heads. The other is a nEwSPaPeR.
Both are multimedia, Fox moreso. Both have comparable / contrastable online "news." I don't read the print edition of anything anymore.
That said, whether opinion is delivered in a written editorial, or by a talking head; it's still an opinion.

The other tends to discuss ideas in a little more nuanced depth and steers you toward a reasoned left of center position. You are much more apt to get more than one side from one of them.
