The National School Board Association.
They're the group that sent the letter to POTUS, that included "NSBA specifically solicits the expertise and resources of the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Secret Service, and its National Threat Assessment Center".

I thought the purpose the letter and subsequent memo was to look into it and decide what action to take, if any.
