Right thinking: they had screws loose to begin with and the left’s fervent insistence to normalize it rather than address it from a mental health perspective leads to outcomes like we see here.

They aren’t suffering from mental health issues and killing themselves and others at a higher rate than the general population because they’re being persecuted, they’re doing it because they are sick and need help. They don’t get help because the left wants to celebrate and normalize the baseline illness.

The police received call for a mental health wellness check for a family member in 2018. The report is redacted.
There is a completely redacted criminal police report from 2016.
Westman's name change request, requiring parental approval, was signed by his mother shortly before he would have been able to do it himself, requiring no parental signature, at the age of 18.

The school in question is a part of the Catholic Church.

The Catholic Church is a non-profit. The Government provides a big chunk of funding for the Church, and it's schools, by giving them tax exempt status, such that donations to the church and school from parents and patrons are tax deductable, effectively making 33% or more of the donations to the school as being sourced from State and Federal Governments.
