I find the Atlantic Ocean to be vastly overrated... in fact the waters near martha's and cape cod were fucking gross when I visited

I know if I had politician type money I sure as shit wouldn't have a house up there

I dunno if the cliff story is accurate, but the house is clearly some distance from the bay. A slight increase in sea level will have scant effect on their 30 acres  They paid half price too.
