You’ve “thought” a lot of things it seems…

I know you find this offensive, as someone who never thinks about anything.

Turns out they have a pretty fine selections of Hazy IPAs in South Florida. DeSantis probably calling a special legislative session to ban them.

My reading comprehension of your writing is exactly average. Because nobody can comprehend what you write - everyone is average at that task.

At the very least, you have achieved creating a situation where there is full equality among humans.

Democrats caved to the will of Republicans. Republicans could have kept the government open by compromising, but they chose not to. It was their way or the highway.

Let’s think big picture here.

Progressive policies and ideologies cost Dems at the polls. Republicans are in charge because that’s what Americans wanted. Dems knew the shutdown was the only leverage they had, and they shut it down for 43 days and STILL caved. Talk about futility.

So yeah, it’s the Democrats’ fault in the same way the Bears’ long-running futility went back to the ownership. Blaming Republicans for the shutdown is like blaming other teams for kicking the Bears’ asses every year.

The big picture?

When the GOP doesn’t extend the subsidies and people get fucked - the Democrats can say we were willing to try to force the GOP to extend by not agreeing to a CR, but they wanted them killed so badly they were willing to shut the Government

Or.. if they get extended, they can say why the hell didn’t the GOP just get it over with if they were gonna extend the subsidies anyway?

The GOP is cooked. Cost Dems at the polls? The GOP couldn’t even win public utilities commissioner of Georgia while holding incumbency

I have zero clue what's been going on in this thread between Mn and Nichi....

You’re not alone.
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

The Democrats lost the battle, but got their voters involved and excited (see NJ and Virginia elections).  And they pushed health care costs into the forefront of the political discussion, which made the GOP victory rather pyrrhic.

Their stance on ACA subsidies illustrates the bear trap they laid for themselves.  The difficulty is when Republicans realize they actually have to govern.

Ehh the incumbents are always at a disadvantage. The average voter doesn’t know shit about ACA subsidies.   They just know whatever their social media feed is pushing. Which, of course, is Trump fear porn.

ACA is garbage and always has been, and now it’s on Republicans to find a better way, extend it, or further alienate the people the Democrats want to be dependent on taxpayer healthcare.

I have no doubt you’ll be incensed, regardless.

Your beef is with the Virgina voters, not me.

I’m surprised Jones won.  I thought his text and other scandals would have dragged him down.
I was just saying that it may be too early to dismiss the election chances of the Providence mayoral candidate after Jones won his AG race.

Jones was polling at 60% before the texts
This Providence guy is basically a gadfly who was never going to get over 5%
But don't let that stop your concern trolling.
