It reads more like 'This was not a harmless mistake. It was a direct result of the judge leaving his courtroom to take the kid away in his getaway car.'

Do.you mean the RI Governor?

The kid was known to the court. He worked there as an intern..

ICE was illegally taking photos inside the courthouse.

The judge tried to drive off with the kid whose identity wasn't known by ICE.

What kind of a judge doesn't settle this rather than try to drive off with the kid ?

The intern was shaken, so.the Judge offered to drive him to school.

ICE surrounded the car and threatened to break windows..
 
I wouldn't believe anything ICE says about the incident..They lie consistently..

I read your story.
The judge tried to drive off with the kid, who ICE may have thought was the child predator they were looking for.
Maybe the judge shouldn't have tried that.
