I’ve had a couple like that. Ain’t easy on the vehicle. And takes them forever to get in/out.

Had a large woman (not quite this large) with terrible BO a few weeks back. Her ride was probably 8 minutes but the smell stayed 2 hours. I basically held my breath for 10 minutes while giving her her ride from the ER to Starbucks.
