The best case scenario is that other guy pleaing the 5th and refusing to testify.The cops are the best avenue probably but could backfire spectacularly. For example: "Of course we looked into him. There are only two black guys on the footage and he had multiple alibi witnesses. TSJ didn't"

The prosecutor used those words in his earlier motion to block release of the Morris file to the defense. The different judge disagreed and released the file.
