Was going to make a 27-13 or 27-16 prediction but chickened out because if it flamed out I’d have heard about it for the next 10 years.

Oh fuck man, you can’t make this shit up…
I didn’t know that. Thanks!

I was going to predict the Bears to win the 85 Super Bowl 46-10 but chickened out because if it flamed out I would have heard about it for the next 40 years.

I was going to predict we would walk on the moon but chickened out because if it flamed out I would have heard about it for the next 40 years.

I was going to predict the winning lotto numbers, but I was afraid I’d get made fun of on HQ2 and I don’t want that…
I didn’t know that. Thanks!

I have a good feeling about this one. I think the Bears defense has a good day, and the Bears come out with the win.

“I have a good feeling about this one” in the first post doesn’t lend any credibility to my claim.
I’d prefer not to vote for Catholics either. But I’d still take them over the Muslims.

If you didn't get a bunch of shit about predicting a Bears win, why were you so scared to post your score prediction?

“I have a good feeling about this one, the Bears defense plays well and they get the win” is such a busted prediction. You guys are the worst.

Less margin for error.

27-13 sounds like a dominant win. 17-16 could have still given me the “W” in the prediction column.

Literally zero people have said this.

In fact, you made this prediction before the game and you didn't get any shit at all for it.

What you're going to get shit for is coming here after and saying "I was going to predict the exact score, but didn't because I thought you'd make fun of me".  I would think the reasons for that are obvious, no?

Less margin for error.

You got zero shit for predicting a Bears win today, just saying.  You could've definitely predicted the score and gotten the same amount of shit for it, zero.

You're always going to get shit for saying "I actually was GOING TO predict the exact final score, but decided not to."  Anyone saying that sort of thing is going to get shit for it for obvious reasons.

I’d have likely “gotten shit,” had I predicted a convincing Bears win and they (and Fields) fell on their face. I was trying not to be overly cocky. And protect my ass. Still didn’t work.

TBF, nobody would've said shit if you hadn't come here to say you ALMOST predicted the score exactly, but decided not to.  That was the mistake here.

You'd obviously hammer the shit out of me if I did that.

Jaquan Brisker had 17 tackles. Most by a Bear DB since at least 1960. What a game.

Actually had fun at the game. There were an absolute shit ton of Lions fans. Doesn't surprise me much as Detroit is relatively close and they have a good record. But the section I was in had to be 50% Lions fans. I enjoyed watching them get drunk, do the "Let's go Lions!" chant every 5 minutes, then slowly get quiet as the game got out of reach. They were a decent bunch, nobody pissed me off or got crazy. I actually felt a bit sorry for them at the end knowing they lost and had to drive back to...Detroit.

We went to a concession stand, and was greeted by a young lady who was very nice. She took our order, told us the total (34 something) and asked if we were paying cash or card. There's a big sign on the cash register that said cashless station, we only take cards, or something like that. My wife said we have cash, and looked at me. The gal said, well, the cash price is $25 dollars, and you can bring back your souvenir cup for free refills. Just put the cash here (we were on the end, and she wanted me to put the money next to the wall, out of camera view I presume). I laid the money there, she proceeded to put the cash in her coat pocket and said enjoy the game. I was thinking, this broad is probably getting 500 a game for this scam. At least. Stealing money from the hands of the McCaskeys. Didn't feel the least bit bad about it. Man, I love Chicago!

We paid 50 bucks to park at McCormick place, which is a fucking crime, but the tickets were free so I was like whatever. Someone else told me about parking in some neighborhood close by for free, but you had to watch the signs and make sure you weren't in permit parking. I was like yeah, I would rather not get my card towed, thanks. It was actually easier than I thought to get parked and get the fuck out of there.

Glad I went. It was pretty fucking cold, but I've sat through and played in much worse.
