Wisky will likely be down their starting QB. Yeah he wasn't very good but their backup is unproven. That one is winnable.

There's a good chance I'll be out of town but the gofer audio system is also eardrum shatteringly loud.

I had no illusions that we would beat the Terps and none that we can get a road win at xxxx, so I'll go with we need 1 vs the weasels or the rodents. Hopefully Mordecai is out and the gofs get banged up at xxxx this Saturday and mugged by Sparty the following weekend.
I'm good with winning our next 3.

I am not sure if:

*Any of them would be good enough based on overall revords.

*we could attract an up and coming coach of that caliber at this point.

A BB level retread is probably the best we can do.

Yep, we lost to Nebraska. That was a win we needed to get to 6-6. So we need to beat Wisco or the gofs to get to 6-6.

Yep, we lost a ton of players and a DC who had us at the top of the country. 5-7 was never out of the question.
