This is not a good look for Podz. It shows his mental immaturity. Clearly, if he struggles at the next level; it will be everyone's fault but his.

No way BU told him he was not good enough. Read between the lines. He wanted guaranteed tick, and BU could not offer that with who was returning plus coming in.

He could have been honest and said he was looking for guaranteed playing time. Or with all the competition at UI, he wasn't sure he could earn playing time.

Or maybe revert to the standard bs and thank BU and UI blah, blah, blah ...

Everyone was bitterly disappointed with the Loyola game; but that doesn’t make the season a failure. I’d say more of a missed opportunity, which matches about every other season we’ve ever had.
