But there’s no way Poles and Flus didn’t know that it was a big uphill battle. Only a complete moron would expect a rookie HC, rookie OC, rookie DC, 2nd year QB to lead an absolutely barren roster to a playoff berth; or anything all that close. Byron Pringle was easily their highest paid WR for Christ sakes.

Maybe if the Wingback knew how to play QB  they could have eeked out a victory over the Commanders instead of losing 12-7. Given all of his offseason work at the Bulls game and graduation he has put in, he should be ready to be a top 10 passing QB!

Just in case you’re confused on what happened, Justin Fields delivers a well thrown ball at the goal line that is a winning touchdown if not bobbled by Mooney. But again, it’s Fields’ fault!

But again, just like St. Brown dropping a perfectly thrown ball on 4th down; I’m sure it’s Fields’ fault Mooney didn’t get deep enough into the end zone and bobbled a well thrown ball.

1) most dead cap space in league
2) tons of fringe players on 1 year deals (because those players couldn’t find better contracts)
3) trading away best players
