“without the constant vein popping, tantrum, sweaty face look/sound every game.”

I thought that was a feature when he was hired, not a bug?
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

There are plausible scenarios  that could have Underwood leaving this off-season for another job.

The big variable is Texas. Rodney Terry had a mediocre record as a head coach elsewhere . Do they want him? He also has other options.

If Terry is not promoted,  or he decides to go elsewhere:

Tang to Texas; Underwood to KSU?

Calipari to Texas, Underwood to UK?

Other options pass, Underwood to Texas?

“Taking a trip? Where to?”  -“Wherever I end up, I guess. -“Man, I wish I was you." -Well, hang in there.”

On a side note...if BU would leave, I would be okay with the Fla Atlantic coach.

I've seen a lot of this, and frankly I love it.  I think May has the potential to be a really good coach, for sure, and obviously he's done an amazing job this year.

He was also 65-56 overall and 34-32 in C-USA in his four years there coming into this year.

Our fans would never, ever, ever put up with results like that.

I saw people say the same thing about Larranga.  He recently finished a 3-year stretch where he was 39-51 (16-41).  He would never even have had the chance to make this Final Four at Illinois, because we would've run him out of town.

Who is going to go over to Loyalty to read what BReal has to say about this? I just cannot bring myself to read any more of that crap over there.

2023-24 will be Underwood’s last at Illinois.  It’s shaping up to be one of the worst rosters ever assembled.

Lawhorn (assuming he shows up)
Harris
Goode
Rodgers
Dainja

20+ losses if that’s the squad.  One of the worst Illini teams of all time

They should have lost 15+ with normal luck/schedule with Shannon/Hawkins/Mayer/Epps.  Take those 4 off and 20 losses should be a sure thing

I would expect hawkins and melendez will be on the team too, maybe even Shannon, and the transfer portal has just opened so you have no fucking clue what this team will look like next season ya dumbfuck, not to mention your freshman never get better theory here as well
