On a side note...if BU would leave, I would be okay with the Fla Atlantic coach.
That said in hindsite, I think BU may actually be undervalued after this year.

Took a Top 3 Transfer class (arguably #1), couldn't get them to mesh with a regular everyday guy (Hawkins), whom still hasn't lived up to NBA potential.
While trying to get them to mesh with injuries and the lead 5* PG defecting, he still managed to get us to the NCAA tourney, while using the same old tired tantrum coaching style.
BU never seems to get the most out of any of our players, plays wrong lineups all the time, and can't seem to get the momentum to stay for an entire year start to finish. Melendez HAS to be a GOTO player with or without Hawk/TSJ next year...assuming he doesn't jump into the portal.
A standard that I have noticed with almost every coach since Self....NO player at the end of the year is jacked about coming back, or at least isn't public about it? BU has got to find a better way to motivate and get the best out of our players without the constant vein popping, tantrum, sweaty face look/sound every game.
At the end of the day, the players gotta perform, but the coaches have to put them in the best environment/conditions to do so, not sure BU has/can do this?
