If Seattle gets the best CB and best QB in the draft, they will have had the best draft tonight

Like Spark said. The Bear didn't want him and at least got a worthless 4 out of the Eagle.when moving back a spot.

Pretty surprised Poles went OL 1st round. Really felt like he was confident he could scoot the position outside of 1st. Jimmy Johnson said he would never take an OL in 1st round.

Take Carter instead is the other obvious decision. Guess we’ll see how that plays out in the next year or two.

If you get a good tackle on a rookie deal that is far more valuable than just about every other position except QB/CB.

If I was drafting first RD I’d only pick QB, CB, or OT

Yep.  I think the move made it pretty clear that the Bears didn't see Carter as an option.

I do think he's coming into a pretty damn ideal situation, and it sounds like he has the talent - I can't really judge that very well myself.
