I’m not much of a believer in addition by subtraction, but I do believe Hawkins leaving would make Illinois better. 

The guy is dumb, he’s coached terribly, and never held accountable by the staff.  Hawkins is like a baseball player that is fast, but only has a .280 OBP, and the manager bats him lead off bc he “looks” like a lead off hitter.  Despite the stats saying he can’t hit.  Hawkins “looks” like a basketball player but he’s not.

And I don’t get if it’s black history month Myron Medcalf shouldn’t be doing this game

Tough day so far. Bloomington for a freshman ?
Rushed a couple 3s early and can't get to the bucket for layups.
Fortunately no turnovers, but he's tried.

Good to see him go to the hole starting 2nd half. Bloomington always tough place. Good point about not turning the ball over, a big plus.
