Best of luck to him. This obviously didn't work out and is super disappointing that he couldn't be what we wanted but I'd rather have this happen now and give the other freshmen guards a chance to develop in additional PT so we can be better next year.

I’d usually prefer to see transfers at the end of the year (if they are going to happen), but that’s one way to put a positive spin on it.
