Supposedly there was a squirmish at practice. That must be queasy skirmish? Someone said Mayer took a swing at Clark.

Apparently someone saw Servin in a walking boot. Thought it was Mayer. Stories got conflated. Rumor Mayer broke his foot.

Someone called them the Alex Legion files.

He's still on the roster, apparently taking some kind of personal leave. I wonder what his motive is in posting those now. Attention? Fixing to enter the portal?

He does look more athletic and skilled than he showed in games. Does better competition reduce speed, quickness, vertical leap?

I’d love to see him come back. Always willing to give a highly rated freshman coming off an ACL a little more time to adjust. I bet he’d be just fine with 3-5 more mpg.

His passes looked crisp and decisive. He was driving past defenders. In games I watched he mostly looked slow and tentative.

I can see that Clark might look relatively quick playing against Conner Servin or Brandon Lieb. But while this team is not the Flyin' Illini, they aren't Wisconsin either.

Also, he looked explosive getting off the floor pretty and dunking. We weren't seeing  much of this. Does slow competition somehow improve vertical leap? 

I think it's mental. Alex Legion Syndrome. Performance anxiety.

The videos while he was rehabbing after the injury are as irrelevant as those before the injury.

That he was released from UK is also moot. His recruiting coaches left. That happens.
