He is not facing disciplinary action. If they thought he did "it", he would have been suspended. See Bauer Suspension. Granted, it is MLB doing the investigation.

In a statement Sunday, MLB said the investigation included "interviews of more than 15 individuals, in addition to Mr. Clevinger and the complainant, as well as a review of available documents, such as thousands of electronic communication records," and that the probe is now closed.

"I am pleased that Major League Baseball has concluded its investigation," Clevinger said in a statement. "I had nothing to hide and cooperated fully with MLB. This situation has been stressful for my family, and I thank them for their strength and support. I asked everyone not to rush to judgment until MLB's investigation was concluded, and I appreciate everyone who had faith in me, including the White Sox organization and my teammates."

There have been 15 players suspended for violating the domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse policy since it was instituted in 2015. Trevor Bauer received the longest suspension at 324 games. It was later reduced to 194 games after an appeal.

AOTC! Reading that Mully and Haugh calling for the Sox to do their own investigation into Clevenger. I'm going to guess MLB did a thorough investigation as they take this stuff seriously these days, as they should. What a, predictable, bunch of morons at The Score. So instead of thinking Ms. Finestead might be satisfied with this conclusion, TheSelectiveMoralOutrageMan immediately jumps to the conclusion that Mike Clevinger is innocent and everyone at The Score is garbage. It’s as PAMan as PAMan gets.

Accused is a key word here. Bernstein, the hypocritical POS, did what he did. No "accused" as a qualifier is necessary.

MLB just gave Bauer a death sentence. They did an investigation here. The results of the investigatiion did not merit a suspension or even any discipline, despite the prejudging of this by The Score and The Twitter crowd (the same morons who were ready to burn the Duke Lacrosse team and Patrick Kane at the stake based on accusations that subsequently unravelled, yet I am the one who has jumped to conclusions here). If they had something, they would have thrown the book at him to keep losers like Julie DiCaro, Bernstein, and you happy. He has voluntarily (another key word here) entered into whatever this program is. We all know that won't be enough for The Score and The Twitter Morality Police.

Odds are he will stink, because he sucks, and I will wish he was suspended for sucking.

It’s probably not accurate of me to say you’re arguing from a position of ignorance. It’s more like extreme bias. You’re so anti-Cubs you label anyone who works for the station that/     broadcasts their games as compromised and immoral. It’s pretty laughable.

There was video evidence against Bauer I believe. Baseball had no choice but to ban him. I’m sure the fact that every team he’s on hates him (Clevinger) is just a coincidence. Bottom line for the SelectiveMoralOutrageMan is that he pitches for the team he roots for. If Clevinger were a Cub, you’d probably be calling for his banning. You do not care about right or wrong. Bauer is not banned. He is now free to play. However, no one, at this point, is going to give him a chance to play. As for Clevinger, I hated the signing because he sucks as a pitcher. As for the character issues, he deserved the chance to be heard before hypocritical pompous windbags like Bernstein, Parkins, and you found him (and the Duke Lacrosse team, etc.) "guilty."
