With this, and hearing they plan on playing Eloy in RF I am done. Not subjecting myself to this anymore. I started out a Cubs fan when I was a kid, switched to the Sox in ‘81. I’ve had enough of this bungling franchise. I’m out.

Did I say I was going to the Cubs? TBH it’s hard for me to give two shits about baseball anymore. Tired of watching the White Sox put band-aids on a cancer patient.

It’s about half and half on The Score, actually. More Sox fans if you count the production teams.

I didn’t watch baseball for years. Only started again when the Sox had an incredibly fun and exciting roster. Leave it to the Sox to take what was an incredibly fun, young team and turn it into a totally unwatchable product in one season. With a couple brief exceptions, I haven’t emotionally invested in baseball since the 90s.

I’ll concede that bad luck (mostly in the form of injuries have hurt them), but a lot of this was preventable, or at the very least somewhat fixable. They’ve done nothing but put band-aids on the cancer patient for two years.

If healthy and producing to their full capacity, it was a good team. What we realized after a few injuries was that it was a tragically flawed team. And ceased to even be fun. Thanks, Tony.
