I'm not going to say there is not a story there maybe.  I'm saying that The Twitter suppressing it caused Trump to lose is the 2020 version of Comey caused Hillary to lose in 2016.

He didn't exactly "give" the laptop to the FBI. 2 agents showed up at his door asking for the laptop. He also says one agent gave him a veiled threat to keep quiet.

Nonetheless, the story was published and circulated, but just not on The Twitter, which may be the sole news source for 10,000 people. 5 of which may be "undecideds."

So far this is pretty weak. Let's see more.
