Hey Tempo here is your proof PAZher is still a Democrat!

Well he should know that Trump is going to end the fed, abolish federal taxes, and bring back the gold standard (after Elon makes sure the gold is still there) so we won’t need any IRS agents.

"President Joe Biden is proposing to double the size of the IRS, by hiring nearly 87,000 new workers over the next decade, ...."

"The agency’s workforce would never grow by more than a “manageable” 15 percent each year. And its total budget would increase by about 10 percent annually."

https://www.politico.com/news/2021/05/20/irs-funding-boost-489830

The "manageable" is being managed.

The fact that the administration is rehiring thousands of employees they just fired seems a clear indication you’re wrong. And even they think so.

Ding, ding, ding.  Of course, the mass or blanket firings include “essential workers”.  Just look at the hundreds of employees that were rehired at the Department of Agriculture, National Nuclear Security Administration, Small Business Administration and other departments after they were fired under the DOGE purge.

Look at the “probationary employees” who were fired without any regard to the functions they perform.  Some were veteran employees that had simply transferred to another job.  The DOGE dipshits have no idea of what these employees do or what their departments are responsible for.

I don’t question the Trump Administration’s goals to make government more efficient or shift program priorities to be more in line with its policy goals.  Shut programs down or shift employees around, I don't care.  But don’t be stupid about it.

Where are the legions of “forensic auditors” that Republicans for years have claimed will help ferret out waste and inefficiency in government?   There are hundreds of private auditing firms that have experience in assessing local, state and federal programs.  There are thousands of retired or former government employees who have experience in restructuring or reorganizing government offices.

Establish priorities, target the programs in question and hire several firms to review and make recommendations to agency directors.  Work with knowlegeable staff.  Then go to Congress and tell them which programs should be abolished or modified.

Try governing for a change.

Service members, first responders and hospital workers who were terminated over vaccine policies. The police officer ranks were impacted by "defund the police" which slowed emergency response times or eliminated a response.

Another example of "it's ok because Biden."

We should call it the "Biden killed all the hens" defense.

And The COVID Pandemic is over. To be replaced by a pandemic of cost cutting so that they can justify lowering taxes on the 1%.

But none of those auditors will stand to increase their wealth and funding by billions upon billions if people with actual knowledge do it.

FTR, my cousin’s husband is one of SpaceX’s top engineers. Guess I should disown him!
