An oldie but a goodie. That was in a State Park in Tennessee and the driver was substantially over the speed limit.

Yeah, there are a few knotheads here.  The vast majority do seem to follow the rules though.  One could say, it's in their own self-interest.

Also: The driver left the scene. In a collision fault will be determined, but if you leave the scene, at fault or not, you get rung up for hit and run.

Pretty dumb to leave the scene whether at fault or not.
Don't see a lot of bicycling where I live in Colorado Springs,  more in the outlying towns. The drivers here in CS are pretty bad.

What does going over the speed limit have to do with it? Looked like the car purposely hit the cyclist.
