Trump was referencing starting the process of bringing the troops home.
Biden had the opportunity to break the agreement.
The Kabul withdrawal was a Biden administration issue.

The opened a store at 8th and Market 3 years into COVID. Smart fucking people those Texans. I was actually in SF today, and biked from the Ferry building at Market and the Embarcadero to Caltrain at 4th and Townsend. There is *fucking nobody* in downtown SF these days. Like it used to be sort of cool 10 years ago when I did it, I was younger, fitter, and the place was a fucking zoo, so I was all like Kevin Bacon in Quicksilver. Nowadays, the men's retired old farts club could do a crit during rush hour in Downtown SF and nobody would know the difference. It's all tech companies and financial firms and their workers are still at home, most of them said screw it why are we paying rent in downtown SF, so the offices are empty.

And THAT is when Whole Foods decides to open at 8th/Market? Whatever spin they shit out is BS, they aren't making the numbers because there are no customers.

--  "an 18-month stretch that saw no combat deaths in Afghanistan: from early February 2020 to August 2021."

You have Trump bragging about the Doha agreement and also  attacking Biden for not breaking it.

Biden said there was no Al Qaida in Afghanistan. His agencies corrected that and said Al Qaida was present in Afghanistan.
Step #1 of the agreement was broken.
Biden could have broken the agreement.
The Kabul withdrawal was a Biden agency issue.
If someone in the chain of command would have authorized Sgt Tyler-Vargas to take out the suicide bomber, the withdrawal may have been entirely different.
