Trump's conservativism is different. It's illiberal and authoritarian. That's been around all along, -- the Know Nothings, the KKK 1 & 2, The AFC, JBS, etc. Trump brought it to the mainstream.

The article helps explain why illiberal, authoritarian conservatism appeals to young males; why they ironically find it empowering. It starts to make more sense as a reaction to excesses of the liberal thought police with their speech codes, pronouns, safe spaces -- all of which ties back to biology; estrogen vs testosterone .

There is some truth there. I just don't think it's a good thing.

There is some truth there. I just don't think it's a good thing.

Oh I wasn’t advocating that what’s happened or happening is good. Both groups have been or are being radicalized in different directions. It’s bad news.

Scale of the operation is way bigger with more urgency because of how many were recklessly let in, and these idiots protesting are making their jobs very difficult on top of it.

The exaggerated numbers that were allegedly let in. We have been over that. It was a big lie to justify the occupation of sanctuary cities.
