It was a clerical error. You don't not count votes because poll workers neglected to sign something.

The voters themselves did nothing wrong.

The voters did nothing wrong. You want to take away their votes because poll workers made mistakes? That is not right.

The fake day care centers did something wrong. They committed fraud. The people in charge of oversight were guilty of gross neglect. Do you want to punish people who run valid daycare centers in Minnesota?

Here are 36 minutes of the Dec 9 SEB hearing.
When they mention FC2022-015 they are referring to a complaint filed in 2022 concerning the missing tape signatures. When a 2023 issue is mentioned, they're referring to the 10 missing poll tapes. This hearing was regarding the 2022 complaint, where a Board member says 'we're just hearing about this now ?'

This hearing was not about a 2023 complaint.
