Trump’s actions have nothing to do with crime in these cities. It has everything to do with abusing his power to punish people who didn’t vote for him and who don’t support him.  Elect a Republican governor, a Republican mayor and he’ll leave you alone. 

I don't want federal troops in Red state crime spots either.  But fair is fair......

Crime is viewed as a city issue, and addressing crime is not a "state-level mission". State laws undoubtedly vary, but ......

The mayors would submit a request to the governor for the assistance of the National Guard.
