We have members right here on this forum that have done serious mental gymnastics for years propping up everything Biden did while taking even fair criticism of him/his administration like it was a personal affront. The entire legacy news media engaged in a coordinated lie about his health, which was exposed in catastrophic fashion and led directly to Kamala Harris dramatically underperforming against a pretty unpopular former President. But sure, liberals really have their shit together 🤣

Right now in the US you have somewhat close to half the country thinking Trump is doing what they wanted him to do and the other half thinking he’s basically Hitler. 12 months ago it was the exact opposite, with Dems viciously defending the Biden administration against criticism for unpopular policy and his mental decline. There’s no real difference.

Alum did until it became clear that some things had become indefensible. That didn’t stop Nichi though, who has defended and excused Biden on basically everything, even the most unpopular of his policies. I suspect a large part of the allegiance is simply just because he’s not Donald Trump. To his credit, Murph distanced himself after the debate and was critical. I recall you being openly critical of him.

Hitler comparisons are pretty hyperbolic, and a few noisy comparisons don't make it 165 million people.

You are referring to the first debate in the 2016 Presidential primaries, yes? In that primary, I would have ranked Biden 6th or 7th. Maybe he's above Tulsi Gabbard and Marianne Williamson.

Nope. Just desperate parents wanting to feel there is some external reason their child has autism. Long preceeded COVID. A majority of the people in West Texas with Measles skipped their vaccinations before 2020.

The problem here is that Trump has altered the game. When you are up against someone who unironically says that Ukraine started the war, you're now in a battle with a crazy person and calm nuanced statements just get memory holed.
