So half a million Venezuelans need to go on line, file an application for a work permit in English, and cough up $545. Or possibly file for a fee waiver. They have an 18 month waiver.

Let's suppose they all miraculously figure it out. How long do you think it would take to process the apps and get that many work permits issued?

Meanwhile, others who have waited in line for years are feeling  slightly pissed on.
