I don't think you got my point. A lot of people just didn't prioritize voting because Trump seemed to be a complete joke who had no chance of winning.

Among moderates, those who flipped the coin and picked "Trump" were more likely to show up than moderates whose coin landed on "Clinton" because they figured she didn't need their vote.

True, I misspoke. It wasn’t the point you were trying to make, but it was a point you inadvertently made. She won the popular vote easily. If she doesn’t lose the moderates by 6% she wins the WH easily.

I take no issue with that. But again, she lost the moderates who did vote by about 6%. To the most flawed candidate you can imagine.

I think part of it was swing voter  Democrats didn't like Hillary to begin with. Then she didn't handle the personal attacks well, and her counter attacks backfired.

This was a little bit surprising because Bill Clinton was so skilled at that game.

Al Gore was a dud at dirty politics too.

I suspect Harris and Tim can handle themselves.
