I’ll just say that I once managed a staff of around 175 people. Probably at least 40% urban black. Maybe quite a bit higher.

I know I had their respect and appreciation. And I’m as white as any of you at the end of the day. It’s amazing what some of them did just to show up.

He even specifically says the situation for people of African descent is different in England than the United States.
