Was never my stance. It's all about ROI. Abstaining from Alcohol will help my liver but I'm not quitting drinking. But if I were an alcoholic, I would. Masking generally helped enough relative to the cost, which was pretty low. Now that the ERs are fairly stable and I'm vaxxed/boosted/etc... I'm not so worried about it.
