There are strange omissions in the Constitution and Bill.of Rights. No right mention of air force. No right to fly..

Strangle inclusions too. The right to keep and bear arms actually  included war ships and heavy artillery.

The right to keep and bear arms was about the militia; roughly the equivalent of the army reserves and national guard. Note the limitations on military and the call the militia clause. We are not supposed to have a massive permanent military. None of that is strictly observed anymore.

There was no right to vote. That was left up to the states.

Same with education.

We have all this federal stuff because the state and local governments were corrupt and incompetent. The people looked to the feds for relief.
