You mean the death threats? Yes. The FBI should probably look into that. For some reason they didn't seem to think local law enforcement was adequate to handle it.

The far right claims this is about parents complaining about crt and porn in classrooms. They say the left is sicking the FBI on parents to scare them into silence. Hawley says the FBI is already out knocking on doors and harassing parents.

Looked at Irvin’s list of endorsements. 

Lots of support from Chicago-area GOP powerbrokers (e.g., Cronin, Barr, Gidwitz, Munger, Schillerstrom and Cross).  Does this mean he’s the establishment candidate?

As long as he is not one of those Culture Warrior types, which Rauner wasn't, I'll listen to what he has to say.
