Didn't skateboard guy hit him with the skateboard before he bit it? The guy who threatened his family member with a knife and strangled his brother? Plus, being "Skateboard Guy" in the middle of a riot when you are 26?

He pulled a gun on a crazy guy with an assault rifle who had shot one unarmed protester and had just shot another one armed with a skateboard. His rifle was pointed in the direction of Gaige Grosskreutz. Who was acting in self defense?

How about the evidence the judge would not allow?

The prosecution tried to use the pathology angle also, implying that Grosskreutz could not have been aiming his gun at Rittenhouse. Saying if Grosskreutz had been aiming, he would have taken the time to have his right arm extended as if he were practicing at a gun range and shooting at a target that wasn't armed.
And I believe Grosskreutz said, under oath, his permit to carry was expired.

His lawyer also says Rittenhouse reracked his gun. Trial testimony and evidence says otherwise.
