Nichi would say that they are just now receiving the same treatment as whites have. Read an interview with Chomsky recently and he might just agree with Nichi.

Affirmative action is almost as old as me, much older than Kendi, much older than structural racism and was never initiated because of structural racism.
Whenever structural racism was discovered, invented, hatched, fabricated, or whatever was done to make some money writing books, lecturing and teaching some classes.
