Anyone can make an accusation. People do it against famous people all the time. Especially famous people that millions of people despise. What’s the downside? Look what happened to TSJ. If there were any actual proof he was a child rapist we’d have it by now.

He smiled and nodded when called a sexual predator on the Howard Stern show. He bragged about watching young women undress. He told you he just grabs women by the pussy because he can. The child rapist part is a bit harder to prove, but there’s plenty of meat on that bone. One of his accusers was a 13 year old girl.
