He kept spinning around and around. I finally said that I hoped his supervisor listened to the recording and "goes Trump on your ass and fires you" and hung up.
I then called back 20 minutes later. Got all Native English speakers and was told the fraudlent charge would be handled. Told her about how Apu sucked 20 minutes earlier and she was great and, if her supervisor listened in, she deserved a raise.
