His arm and mobility are fine. Nothing special, but good enough to be a competent starter. The Patriots drafted him hoping they were getting a Tom Brady clone (not that anyone is going to perfectly replicate Tom Brady).

Many NFL GMs have been fooled by that in recent years. It's the SEC myth. Right now, Tua and Hurts are bucking the trend, though.
