And then proceed to 5-7 and how a loss hurt them.

I don't know how but rumblings are saying illinois going to citrus bowl vs LSU.  Somehow leap frogging Purdue despite them beating us.??

I prefer to look at the wins over the losses.  TCU beat 5 teams that were ranked at the time they played.  They sustained a loss playing an extra game against #10.  Besides, and most importantly, I need a team to root for in the playoff.  I can't see pulling for any of the others.

TCU played ranked OK, Ks and OK St in a 3 week span. None of them sniffed a vote in the final AP.
Bama had been ranked #1 during the season.

OK.  However, TCU beat Texas and KSt both of whom are higher rated than MsSt who is Bama's only ranked win.  Head to head TCU won by a TD over Texas where Bama won by 1 against the backup QB.  Both games at Texas.  Just saying, you shouldn't jump in rankings without a single signature win.

Just messing with you a little. Duggan left everything on the field yesterday. It would have been nice to see him get the win. I think the coaches maybe out-thunk themselves in OT with the play selection at the end.
