That's not entirely accurate. You don't hear me harping much on the fringe issues. I'm a Bernie guy, and he talks almost exclusively bread and butter issues. I also abhor the two party monopoly on US government.

I actually don't care about this issue. At all. We do it, we don't do it. The amount of people in prison who want that surgery is a rounding error on a gnat's ass. Hell, the amount of people in the population writ large is a rounding error on a gnat's ass.

The ability of the GOP to get people to vote on an issue like that which might add up to a couple million annually in a budget in the trillions is astounding. They pick up a penny off the ground as they are walking to the post office to send 10 grand to a call center scammer in Bangalore and don't see the irony.
