It is hard to keep up with the damage Trump is inflicting.

What’s the logic behind the idea the SCOTUS doesn’t trust the admin? I guess it might appear that way outwardly with a ruling or two, but I certainly don’t think they’re anti-Trump as a unit.
They're not generally, but they had credible evidence that the immigration guru parts of the admin were flouting their earlier order (more Homan and Miller's.fault than Trump's probably) and loading people onto planes not in line with the law. Seven of them made a snap decision in the moment to err on the side of preserving the status quo and reinforcing their authority over the pro-deportation enthusiasm. It doesn't even mean Roberts, Gorsuch, ACB, and Kav are anti-mass deportations, but they believe in process and rules in a way Thomas and Alito don't.

It. Was. An. Emergency.

The voicemail to the Texas Judge says so.

Weren't they are on the bus after changing,? If so, sounds like it was.

Source ?

SCOTUS didn't rule until hours later and no emergency planes had taken off in that time.

well if nothing else, the Trump administration has been creative in redefining "emergency".

It’s been so effective that barely anyone is talking about Ukraine and Putin. People are so mad about the Maryland Man that they aren’t even bitching about their 401K.

A growing number of Americans disagree with Trump on a range of issues.

Frankly most people don't really "care" about the Maryland Man. The plummeting stock market and increasing mortgage rates are putting a lot of people into a real pinch. If you're trying to buy a house, your assets you bring to the bank are smaller, and if you qualify, your rate is higher. At some point, you generally understand that due process is important, but even at his most fascist you can only throw so many people in jail. But if you can't buy a home or retire, what does it even matter if they do?

It's the eggs, stupid.

I’m sure the onslaught of one-sided anti-Trump media plays a role in these polls. And polls are always wrong about Trump anyways. I am also sure the markets have some people in the middle concerned. I’m not quite there yet because I understand solving a 2 trillion dollar budget deficit isn’t going to be fun in the near term.

I consume media every day from a variety of different perspectives. Basically what you’re saying is, “If you don’t agree with my perspective, you’re living in a bubble.” It’s very easy to see which bubble you’re living in, where every headline gives you more Trump fear porn to feast on: https://www.msnbc.com/

Here’s what I’ve looked at for news the last day or so:

The other problem is that you and Ray and Murph wouldn’t listen to a pretty sharp guy like Vincent Davis Hanson who calmly and concisely explains what’s happening, and even if you did, you wouldn’t believe it anyways. You’re way too far down the TDS rabbit hole to have any shred of objectivity. “There’s no strategy it’s all chaos!” —CNN, MSNBC, Bluesky, and coincidentally every left leaning person in America.

Nope. Pretty much the onslaught of the worst April in the stock market since the great depression.
Hard to make that "fake news". An empty wallet is an empty wallet.

Told you to short the market and buy gold and bitcoin in the near term.

Fear porn, anti-Trump media?   Nice try obfuscating what's happening outside your bubble.

Prices going up, 401 going down. Job uncertainty. SS/Medicare/Medicaid in jeopardy. Cancelled contracts or orders.

Pretty much says it all for many people.

You failed to mention the govt is going to round up Americans and ship them off to prison in El Salvador.

And the world was going to end a few times in the last few decades.

Healthcare for illegal immigrants in Minnesota is expected to cost the taxpayers $600 million over the next 4 years. Which means it will be a lot more than that.

Millions let into the country but good luck to anybody trying to kick 1 out.
