Trump fired all the competent people at ICE who could have properly deported anyone.
It's a catch-22, the people who could execute Trump's plan don't think it's appropriate to execute the plan, and the people who are all in on Trump's plan are a bunch of keystone cops.
You may say this at other agencies. I doubt it is true at ICE.
You want to clear out bureaucrats who will not enact your agenda? Fine. I would say remember it because it will happen when the shoe is on the other foot, but Democrats are pussies and are playing by rules that do not exist anymore. And we have people, like Tempo, complaining that Democrats are too pro-business while ignoring what was happening at FTC (seeking to ban non-competes) and the NLRB (which was completely anti-business - not that it did any good for union membership numbers) which were causing businesses to freak out. It is fucking laughable how ignorant Progressives are about what the federal agencies were actually doing the last 4 years.
