If there is success now, it won't be Trump. I wasn't happy during his first administration, but it was sort of a weird wonky time. Trump was stupid but for the most part, especially the first 3 years, there were some mean ass but at least competent dudes running the show. And Trump, while stupid (injecting bleach) was as least coherent. This time, Trump ISN'T RUNNING THE SHOW
I wasn't happy with Biden as President, he was too old, mad that he ran, mad the party sort of shuffled him through. He was a bit batty for sure, but he had a solid team.
Now, we have Trump, who is sort of like my dad in early Parkinson's. My dad had an MSEE from UIUC, and was a rocket scientist. Sharp as a tack. I knew something was up when I was headed back from Denver and he brought me the train schedule like 5 times the morning I was leaving, and started pacing around like 2 hours before my train to the airport.
that would be bad enough, but this time around, the cabinet is a complete set of buffoons.
